Description
The Fountain of Wealth is located at the center of the Suntec City in Singapore. It is acknowledged as the largest fountain in the world, registered as such in the Guiness Book of Rewards, and is located in a traffic island, surrounded by the 5 towers of the Suntec City. The fountain was constructed in the year 1995, when the rest of the Suntec City was constructed. The fountain was constructed to represent wealth and life, and in this photo, you can see tourists waiting their turn to reach the exact middle underneath the fountain where they can take 3 rounds of the lower section of the fountain with water bubbling in a small enclosed section, these 3 rounds supposed to represent good luck to whoever does these rounds. The above ground section of the fountain has a huge ring made of silicon bronze, with a circumference of 66 meters.
