Description
The Singapore Botanic Garden is a famous tourist attraction in Singapore, being a 74 hectare garden. The Garden was first established in 1822, closed in 1829, and then re-started in 1859. The Garden is free for tourists, although the National Orchid Garden inside the premises charges a fee of SGD 5 for entry. The National Orchid Garden is very beautiful, with a collection of orchids making it very beautiful. There is a cool house inside the garden, where the temperature is kept lowered for the benefit of some specific plants.
